Help with a dataset bundle
Checkout is currently closed. No payment or paid download can be started. The free synthetic example and conversion guide are available. Hosted sign-in, storage and fulfillment verification is still in progress; do not rely on this release for an urgent paid delivery.
Check a supported input
Use one ZIP containing one COCO detection JSON and its declared JPEG/PNG images. The count and pixel caps both apply: a 4-megapixel job can contain at most nine 640×640 images or fifteen 512×512 images. The 100-image ceiling applies only when the aggregate pixel limit also fits.
Review class IDs, image paths, splits and free alternatives, or download the clearly labelled three-image synthetic output. The example is not a customer result or proof of model training.
If preparation refuses a file
Check the exact JSON path and declared image filenames, actual dimensions, unique IDs and category references. Every bounding box must be finite and within its image. Assign every image explicitly, with both train and validation nonempty. Unsupported or corrupt files are refused; annotations are not silently clipped or repaired.
Find an existing job or request help
Open the workspace and sign in to the same account. Job records, files and help requests are account-protected. Open your job and choose “Request help or a refund review” to save its delivery problem. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal data.
If a previously paid output expires, keep the identical original source ZIP and use that job’s recovery controls. An unknown payment outcome must be recovered rather than purchased again. A saved refund-review request does not itself issue a refund.
The seller country is Kuwait. A verified public business contact and registered seller identity have not yet been published. On-site job help is the available support path; no support-response deadline is promised.
