One-time purchases and supported output
Service terms version: 2026-10-28. The service prepares a detection dataset bundle from one COCO JSON plus its images. Supported input limits are disclosed in the workspace before upload. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
The reference catalog price is USD 10 per prepared job. The current verified merchant charge-currency evidence only establishes KWD; an available checkout must disclose its exact KWD 3.084 charge before purchase. Other displayed currency amounts are clearly labelled references or estimates. No currency selector enables an unsupported charge currency or payment method. Your bank's conversion and fees may differ. The seller is located in Kuwait; customers are not restricted to Kuwait.
Preparation failures happen before purchase. A verified paid job retains its recovery entitlement if delivery or regeneration fails. Reuploading the identical source ZIP to that paid job does not require another payment. An expired unpaid quote requires a fresh quote; a payment with an unknown provider outcome must be recovered rather than repeated.
We do not create annotations, certify label accuracy, train models, or guarantee model performance. No silent clipping, missing-object inference, segmentation/keypoint conversion or unsupported-image conversion is performed. If an output cannot be delivered, use the signed-in job's help request for review. A refund request is not an automatic refund and must be reconciled against the original payment currency and amount. Statutory rights are not waived.
